Gluten Free Snickers Kahlua Cheesecake
Crust:
2 cup gf graham crumbs (Kinnickinick brand)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
6 Tbsp melted butter
Filling:
2 pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Kahlua
3 Snickers bars
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9" springform pan and
sides.

Mix together crust ingredients. Press into pan. Bake at
350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy.
Add eggs 1 at a time. DO NOT overbeat.
Mix in vanilla and Kahlua.

Lay 3 chocolate bars in pan, in a triangle formation.
Pour creamcheese filling on top.
Place a pan of water in oven on the bottom rack.
Place cheesecake mixture in oven, bake 45 minutes.

timer goes, run a knife around outside edge. Place back in oven. Turn oven off.
Crack open the oven door. Cool 5 minutes.
